Meet Philipp Maier, CEO of the Fine Cotton Company — a tailor-made fashion website where anyone can create a unique and personalized shirt and buy accessories.
Philipp wanted the Fine Cotton Company website to be upgraded according to the new e-commerce trends.
We started with a series of workshops to analyze the high-level business needs

It was important to define the technical architecture because of the complex requirements related to the shirt configurator
We followed an agile process with two-week sprints. After each sprint, we presented a demo to the customer to receive feedback. A Project manager provided support and guidance to the team while the developers and testers worked on tasks one at a time.
Firstly, we redesigned Fine Cotton Company to make it look modern:
The website was narrow and didn't fit the screen
We rebuilt the design to make it fit the desktop screen's width and make it responsive for all devices.
The footer was too big with unnecessary details
We reduced the amount of information and added a newsletter subscription option.
The product cards didn't properly demonstrate the product
We removed unnecessary descriptions to make the page look cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing. We also changed the image of the fabric to a shirt made of that fabric to better show the product.
Once the design phase was completed, it was time to code
We assembled the development team consisting of a developer, a QA Engineer, and a Project Manager. For development, we utilized Magento, PHP, and MySQL.
