Meet Weihua Wang! In 2021, she founded myBuddy, a nonprofit social startup promoting cultural togetherness with modern formats, such as delivering matching programs and organizing festivals and job fairs.
Weihua came to us with an idea of a brand new web application that matches local people with immigrants, making integrating new people into German society easier.
Developing an efficient digital matching algorithm to connect people,
Providing an easy-to-navigate UI and a delightful UX,
Building it as a robust app that works flawlessly.

The requirements were finalized only four months before the first community event, leaving no room for mistakes during development.

We had to consider the requirements and create a solid plan. We had only one shot. There wasn't any budget for a delay or a change.

Without a reference and extra time, we focused on developing a clear matching system and a user-friendly flow to fulfill myBuddy's purpose.
Firstly, we conducted a workshop to gather requirements, conduct primary research, and develop a workflow.
We set up a team of two developers, a designer, a QA Engineer, and a project manager. And started working with Agile & Scrum methodology with two-week sprints.
We created UI and UX design, ensuring it is friendly and usable. And then started the development of the web application.
After testing and receiving final approval from the myBuddy team, we delivered the complete solution on time.
The web application was successfully brought to life. In addition, we are providing maintenance and support for myBuddy.
After the initial workshop, we developed the app from scratch in 4 months, within budget.
We helped create a convenient shortcut for social cohesion among cultures, so immigrants can make friends in Germany and easily and enjoyably connect to the local culture.
The considerable success of the platform led its founder, Weihua Wang, to 6 awards (including Red Club x Cartier Young Leaders award).
